Parties

This Vendor Agreement is between Jesus Network Ventures LLC, operating Life Coordination ("we"), and each instructor who publishes and sells courses on the Platform ("Instructor" or "Vendor").

Eligibility And Approval

Instructors must apply through Become A Teacher, provide accurate identity and tax information, and be approved before publishing.

Content Ownership And License

Instructors keep ownership of their content and grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, market, display and deliver it to enrolled students for as long as it is on the Platform and to students who have already purchased it.

Content Standards

Instructors warrant that they own or have rights to all content, that it is accurate and lawful, and that it does not infringe third-party rights. We may remove content that violates our policies.

Pricing And Revenue Share

Instructors set prices within Platform limits. Net revenue (after payment fees, taxes and refunds) is shared [__% Instructor / __% Platform]. Payouts are made [monthly] once the minimum balance of [$__] is reached.

Refunds

Refunds issued under our Return And Refund policy are deducted from Instructor earnings.

Taxes

Instructors are independent contractors responsible for their own taxes. We may collect tax forms (for example W-9 or W-8BEN) and issue required tax reporting.

Student Data

Instructors may only use student information to teach the course and must follow our Privacy Policy.

Term And Termination

Either party may end this agreement with [30] days notice. Students who already purchased keep access.

Liability

Instructors indemnify us against claims arising from their content. Each party's liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
