Digital Courses

All courses on Life Coordination are digital products delivered instantly. Because of that, refunds follow the rules below.

Refund Window

You may request a full refund within [14] days of purchase if you have completed less than [30%] of the course. Requests outside these limits are reviewed case by case.

How To Request

Contact support through the Contact page with your order number. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within [5–10] business days.

Non-Refundable Items

Certificates already issued, subscription periods already used, and purchases where abuse of the refund policy is detected.

Effect On Access

When a refund is issued, your access to the course and any certificate is removed.

Instructor Payouts

Refunded amounts are deducted from instructor earnings as described in the Vendor Agreement AI Disclosure Become A Teacher.
